Belvedere Guest House, Great Yarmouth

Got to the hotel and told that we were going to go to a different hotel 2 miles Away from the original hotel

Because they gave me the wrong hotel and had to walk 2 miles

As the Belvedere was closed for maintenance we was relocated to the Carlton hotel this was imense lovely hotel room was what it was for what we paid bed was comfy tea was plentyfull lady on reception was first class and so helpfull would deffo return to the Carlton

Belvedere was closed fo maintenance but we was bot informed of being relocated until we got to the door and there was a number to ring Very poor communication

It took booking but closed down

For a start it was was empty no-one there but u took the money kept sending texts to us had to be relocated so not a good start

That you advertise on booking.com take people's money when your clearly not even open

Location, friendly staff

Price of food drinks ie tea and fact that no bacon or sausage is served

Cancelled my booking on friday opened my booking on Saturday informed me i shoukd travel got 1 hr told booking cancelled spent a hour trying to contact them no refund no answer on phone digusting wont be using expedia agaon

Notice on door to ring a number. We rang to be told shut and we had been transferred. Feel let down by Expedia. Guest house is nothing like the photo advertising it and looks run down and dirty.

We got relocated to fjaerland hotel it was disgusting, mouldy walls, dirty room. Horrible experience
