Bed was uncomfortable Not enough towels Carpet floor tiles loose and we tripped up them Shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere and soaked the room and my clothes The TV screen was faulty There was damaged floor and dips in it The radiator couldn't be turned off and the room was too hot

Was targeted to a different hotel as other one was under maintenance I had my daughter with me we bought food to cook as original place had a kitchen the one we were moved to had no kitchen so food was a waste! When we got there had no toilet rolls no bath plug the internet was not working and the heating didn’t work was disgraceful not a nice place for my daughter to stay!

Change my booking to Villa Rose because of a problem but I found a bigger problems at the villa rose I hand problems with the door self checking and after the fist night I sore a bug when my frend turned up he sore a bug too and he decided to leave and later that night I realised it hand a bed bug problem so I packed my stuff up and got a shower straight away to clean my self and I told the company I was leaving early and I told them of problem with the place

Location.near to town centre and near to the beach

Company located me to different hotel. Promised better room as the one was originally booked.Not clean,booked double room with double bed but had only 2 single beds.shower door has not handle.beds not comfortable. Customer service is great but facilities awful
