It was clean

The shower wasn’t working properly, the water was cold and the water took ages to go down the plug hole in the shower bit, the bedside table drawers was broken, the door to the bathroom was also broken so we couldn’t open and close properly and very noisy at night with people outside talking and starting their engines

Shower tray blocked the last 3times ive had this room 2. No hot water i complained by phone a man turned up on push bike did nothing said wait 30 minutes and still freezing cold. Booked for 3 days left day early needed hot shower. Its normally ok for money but not this time..

Room was a decent size and the location. That we didn't have to risk the stairs and our door was wider then room 9s door!

The room wasn't overly clean, the bathroom was dirty. We could hear people in the corridor at all times of the night. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower didn't have any hot water and the shower door wouldn't shut. The door handle on the bathroom was broken and "fixed" with masking tap.

Keyless entry, free parking, good sized room,

No hot water for shower, swivel taps on sink, needed a bottle of water to fill the kettle or plastic cups in bathroom instead of tiny coffee cups.
