"Perfect stay in Preston!"

Property is very comfortable and clean and has all the essential facilities. I love the kitchen which has everything. Excellent location with easy access to bus stop nearby. Julie has been very responsive and helpful.

"I loved it"

It had everything that I needed to go about my day to day life

Tv was slow and needs to be updated and probably moved into a better location to be able to watch from bed. Bathroom door was hard to open and close.

"Disappointing"

We had no running hot water in kitchen or bathroom(apart from a hot shower) for 5 days. We had to boil a jug to wash our dishes. We did get moved to another apartment but still no running hot water. Also no instructions for use of appliances, especially washing machine. Totally different to washing machine at home(NZ). We were referred to a welcome guide no idea if this was a paper copy or on line but didn’t find it.
