"Lovely old inn, with excellent food."

Lovely old building but the room itself was modern. Comfortable bed and good shower. Nice breakfast. Superb location, ideal for walking. Fantastic evening meal. Clearly have an excellent chef.

Bit of noise from the kitchen filtered up to the room. Walls of the accommodation annexe quite thin I think. Shame the room didn’t have the same old-world charm as rest of the building but the owners had made an effort with the fittings and decor. Ran out of toilet paper!

Great location. Friendly little pub. Room was perfect with great views and a super comfy bed. Dinner was really lovely as was breakfast. Proper fresh milk in our room for hot drinks. 😊

Rooms were well thought out - ground coffee, fresh milk, lots of teas. Trying very hard environmentally - mini recycling bin in bedroom, electric car charger £2.50 an hour. Cosy pub. Food lovely. Good choices for gluten free and veggie. Dogs welcome. Nice little village.
