Everything was excellent start to finish, the bed was so comfortable specifically after doing a 70 mile ultra marathon, and the soft drinks in the fridge which are included was a nice touch. The location was excellent definitely stay here again in the future 100%.

There was nothing i didn't like.

Fantastic location and lovely room overlooking the Tyne. Modern facilities and wonderful breakfast.

Parking. Unclear before booking that parking was £18 a day and the details provided by hotel of nearby parking including out of date info/prices.
