staff was nice and the room was clean and spatious

check in is a 20min walk away from the actual location, air conditioning malfunction

La propiedad es muy buena, obtienes lo que pagas y esta super cerca de la estación, no tengo quejas sobre eso, excelente cómo base para conocer cinque terre El check in: malisimo, desde la estacion tuvimos que caminar hacia el centro en dirección contraria y luego regresar hasta la habitación, honestamente no me veia caminando con las maletas mas de 25 min en total o dejando a mi acompañante sola en otro lugar esperando a que yo fuera por la llave

Reception is 1.5 km away from the hotel and I had to run and get checked in while my wife was waiting at the hotel. They ruined my day as they could not even find my rom keys and kept me waiting for 1 and half hours. I don’t suggest this if you value your time.

+ close to the central station + easy access + comfortable bed

- price to high for what we got - TV didn’t work - room looked a bit rough - area not so nice

No self check in.

Everything was fine. Location is perfect, everything was clean and comfortable.

Check in after 3pm and it's not possible to store your luggage before check in and after check out. Wi Fi wasn't accessible

Location 8-10min walk from station.

1. The hotel did not mention on website that there was NO STAFF at the property. I was asked to go to another property to hand in my document. The complication resulted I missed and had to repurchase train ticket due to lengthy check-in process. 2. Only after arriving I found out there was NO RECEPTION, the staff (through Whatapps) did not allow me to leave my bag inside the room after check-out time and asked me to pay extra night if i were to do so. This totally ruined my travel plan, as a result I had to pay luggage locker on top of repurchasing train ticket. I would have better booked another hotel if I knew that was the case. 3. Cleanliness was good overall until I found a men hair-gel underneath the bed.

The room had basic amenities we needed. It was spacious and comfortable. The location is the best thing of all as not too far from the station and a big shop.

The major issue was our check-in process. We had communicated over whatsapp about it and thought we had it all informed but turned out the code they were telling us wasn’t for the main building’s entrance but the room’s/unit’s. To enter the building we needed a key and it was nowhere to be found. We had a hard time to communicate and we were let in by a resident who was kind enough to.
