La ubicación es excelente, ya que la estación de tren está muy cerca y pudimos visitar fácilmente Cinque Terre desde La Spezia.

La habitación estaba bien, pero el proceso de registro fue muy incómodo. Primero nos hicieron registrarnos online, luego tuvimos que desplazarnos hasta otro punto distinto del hotel solo para verificar el DNI y pagar la tasa turística, lo que nos hizo perder tiempo innecesariamente, además de que llovía. Además, encontramos una mancha marrón en la sábana y, por precaución, tuvimos que retirarla y dormir con la sábana de abajo. No sabemos si estaba sucia o si era un defecto de la tela, pero resultó incómodo

Niente!

Fare il check in in un luogo diverso da quello dell'alloggio, distante e scomodo da raggiungere a piedi (figuriamoci per chi ha problemi di mobilità), climatizzatore, televisore e frigorifero non funzionanti, chiesto supporto mai arrivato, nemmeno dopo essere ricorso alla GdF, abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti delle 3 previste per dare sempre una seconda possibilità, sbagliandoci. Camera sporca!
