Notwithstanding we booked this hotel only to escape from Hurricane Milton, we simply cannot fault it! From the initial greeting to the final farewell, every single member of staff was polite, professional and friendly. Special shout out to Stephan, who as maintenance staff was very much in evidence each day, engaging not just with us, but all guests - something I’d never seen before. The hotel is in a good location and in walking distance to the interesting, quirky town and several good restaurants. Book a waterside room. Our King Suite was unexpectedly spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
