The staff were incredibly friendly and the room excellent

We stayed here 5 nights and were sad to leave. Our room was perfect - a corner room on the 4th floor (401) with a king bed & balcony. We liked having a full kitchen and all the natural light coming in from the 2 large windows and sliding glass doors out to the balcony overlooking the pool below and the bay. What a magnificent view! Everything was perfectly clean. Comfy bed, thirsty towels, great shower, and housekeeping came every-other-day to tidy up, change out the linen, and empty the garbage. Breakfast was a delicious treat with different hot items each morning. The hostess was so kind, greeted everyone with a cheery smile, kept items well stocked, and guests tables clean between use. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There was always someone present to assist. This is one of the nicest Marriott Bonvoy properties we have ever stayed at. Lots of features reminded us of our vacations on luxury cruise ships. See photos of our balcony views.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. My family and I were excited to celebrate New Year’s at the hotel, but what should have been a memorable occasion turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal. After driving nearly 20 hours round-trip, we were forced to leave shortly after arrival due to an issue caused by the hotel. Despite waiting for hours for the staff to resolve the situation, the offered solution of their snacks which was completely inadequate and dismissive of the inconvenience and disappointment we endured. This experience not only ruined our New Year’s plans but also caused unnecessary stress for my family. While I am a loyal customer of this brand, this situation has made me question the commitment to customer service. I urge management to take better care of their customers and handle issues like these with more urgency and empathy. Until I see improvements, I cannot recommend this location and will be cautious about future stays with this brand.

Kitchen was unique and good. Bathroom and rooms were good. What was not good is your breakfast. Need more items in the breakfast.
