Cacao Tulum -Luxury Condos-

Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant, but at times difficult to communicate with. Covid protocols prevented the staff from cleaning rooms which was understandable, but they could’ve be more accommodating with towels. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it.

Great accomodation in a very quiet part of La Veleta, which for anyone who knows Tulum is an absolute godsend 🙏

My stay was ok. I was expecting more. Small things such as wash towels and a bottle of water would have made the stay more pleasant.

The exterior of the hotel was very nice but the inside was incomplete and did not have the amenities described in the listing. The poolside bar was non existent and the restaurant was still under construction. We rented three rooms, one of them did not have wifi and the tv could not be used. The was no follow up on our requests for assistance with this The showers are on timers so we would only have hot water for five minutes at a time. The roads in the neighborhood are very rough and in need of repair. I’d think twice if renting a car during your stay

The area immediately surrounding the property is undeveloped. The roads were not roads at all. The property itself was nice however, the internet was weak (only because we were at the far end of the building) and after the first day we had no wifi in our room yet it was strong in the yoga room so we often spent time there rather than our paid room. We used the spa amenities and the massage I received was one of the best I've ever had. Upon checkout they tried to charge us for a water that we had not ordered or received. They ultimately removed it from my bill but it left me questioning how that can happen without verification of the guest. Overall the stay was suitable for the price we paid.

Hot water was rarely working. The pool was freezing and the room looked nothing like it did online. Will never recommend or come back.

From the moment I got there it was amazing. The customer service was super friendly. The room was clean & had all the amenities I needed. Pool was clean. Area is developing but into absolute beauty. Loved my stay & the neighbors. Definitely woulds stay here again.
