Nice staff. Very clean, comfy and we had the top floor so lots of room.

Just the stairs but it was expected. Staff was most helpful with our bags

"Wonderful."

The location is excellent. The room was lovely, clean, bed comfortable, great pillows. The breakfast delicious and the hosts and staff were super friendly. Parking at the property is a massive bonus.

The WiFi. Even with WiFi the signal is poor but that goes for the whole of Keswick!

"Town break for two."

Room 1 has a lot of stairs to climb, but fantastic views.

"Exceptional"

The service was excellent. You have to fill in a form for breakfast the next morning. We didn't fill in the forms because we planned to leave before breakfast started. The owner messaged to make sure it wasn't a mistake and offered to make our breakfast before the usual window started. It was a really nice touch.

"Great hosts, great location, nothing was too much trouble, will be back"

The breakfast was fantastic. Loved the fact you could put your request in night before so you could sit and relax with all what you wanted already on your table. Ensure parking was all sorted for guests

"Our stay in Keswick"

Good location, easy walk into town and to the lake. Good options for gluten free and GF biscuits in the room each day which was a nice touch. Breakfast was relaxed with freshly cooked food. Very quiet at night, no road noise. We ordered packed lunch which was lovely. Also an option to fill your flask. Shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and hand lotion in bathroom and lovely big fluffy towels. Parking is limited as with most properties in town but we were able park on site. Really enjoyed our stay.
