Mostly good location Breakfast and facilities were good except for problem with parking. The whole area has a big problem with parking for hotel guests. In our case we parked at the side of the house, but immediately found ourselves blocked in with other guest's vehicles. We pretty much found ourselves unable to get out easily for 3 days. The owner was very apologetic but he was pretty much unable to rectify the situation without 6 other guests having to agree to move. Apart from this the whole stay was very good.

We had a full English for the 3 days we stayed and it was delicious! The breakfast menu was a fantastic choice and if there was anything you wanted that wasn't on there, the owners said let them know and they would accommodate if possible! Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were friendly and polite and it was all the little touches that made it a lovely stay! Highly recommended!]1

Breakfast was 8 30am, would liked to have an earlier start but to be fair we didn't ask if we could have had it earlier, so maybe we could have, but wasn't really an issue.q

"Great property close to town"

The hosts were super kind and helped us with the early checkin request and keeping food in fridge. They have a lovely dog named Billy who is very friendly. The room was perfect for a couple, but a mini fridge would have been a nice addition. Overall our stay was great with fresh hot breakfast served between 8:30-9am but the parking situation could have been better as we had to move our car if someone needed to leave the place. I would definitely recommend this place as it was 5min walk to the town with lots of options to eat.

Parking was a bit tight with constant need to move around if someone needed to leave before us

"August Long Weekend Stay"

The guest house is close to Keswick centre with easy access with onsite parking. Excellent breakfast with lots of selection and good size portions. Room was clean and comfortable. Hosts and staff were welcoming and and helpful. Overall really nice guest house for stay.
