"Good accommodation and a great location"

The room and location where excellebt, as was the set up for breakfast.

The only issue was that the shower was weak with power and often fluctuated in temperature, including being too hot and too cold.

Location was really good. Only a short walk into the middle of Keswick

Breakfast was really good, but only available between 8:30 -9:00. I understand why it’s done like this, but it was just not very flexible.

"A wonderful trip to the Lakes, amazing peoples, very friendly & amazing B&B"

Breakfast menu was in the room and we chose what we wanted to eat the next day. The menu had a bar code on which orders were sent: The b&b is located very close to the city centre and other shops and attractions. Cinema, galleries and stores The owner of the house was always present and welcoming

Could of done with more organisation regarding parking so that no ones car gets blocked in for the day
