Staff were friendly and helpful, room spacious, room very clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, good choice of cooked and cereals, fruit etc. Nice having a kettle in room to make a drink. Free parking, easy 10 minute walking into centre of town.

Staff were friendly and easy to deal with and check-in smooth. The room (12) was on the ground floor, facing the A27, and the road is close, just across the small garden and pavement. When the window was closed, the noise was not a problem, but I was there on a very warm weekend. The main issue was the lack of a blackout blind or proper curtains in the room. There was a wooden venetian blind but this did not come close to keeping out the light. So the room was flooded with light at 4.30 am and I was awake. They really need to sort that out. WiFi very poor, but the breakfast was good, and there's free parking. If there had been good curtains I'd have been able to give a better review.

Clean,comfortable and quiet even though near a main road. Enough for all our needs for a few days stay . Our hosts were exceptional. One evening we were let down badly by the local taxi firm and the hotel manager came to our rescue and drove us into town. Made it to our reservation with five minutes to spare. The lady in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

A little noisy as close to main road but they give you ear plugs. A little musty smell - could do with a good airing.
