"It’s a nice clean little hotel"

Friendly Staff, Convenient for Arundel, nice clean room. Large car park

Our room overlooked the main road however, with windows closed the noise wasn’t too bad. This may bother light sleepers (they provide ear plugs)

"Tiered out hotel !"

Basically just the location “

I don’t normally comment on the rooms, but the room was very tiered & in need of modernising. The head board was in a particular bad state. The garden area could be lovely.. but looks like it’s has little or no attention for sometime. The bar area again is tiered & is non welcoming. To be honest it’s everything that needs looking at.
