Location is quite good and accessible

Neat and clean, spacious room, upto the mark

Everything was good and reached our expectation.

I liked everything

I liked the entrance and the lobby a lot. The staff helped me to make an exception of my booking... I reduced a day but they did not charge me anything. That was kind as it was done from a 3rd party site. They cud have easily said NO and I wud have to pay...But KINDNESS exceeds everything. I Don't remember the name of the person at check-in who helped me but he was a Bengali from Kolkata and his Kindness won me over

it is labeled as 4 Star on ur website...Booking.com needs to fix this

Break fast was adequate- staff manning the service at the breakfast area seem a little annoyed at guests for even asking for an omelette or tea/coffee brought to the table. But that's fine since its self service , maybe the culture is that . One more thing is on Sunday (we requested a dry breakfast to whatever limited extent could be packed for us - they said yes after checking right up to the Restaurant manager and defined the time too as between 6-30 am to 6-45 am) but when we came to collect at 6.45 am , they said - not possible to do - and afterwards gave us some cut fruits in a box - when we were settling the bill and leaving- MY REQUEST IS THIS - IF BREAKFAST CANNOT BE PACKED AND CAN ONLY BE CONSUMED AT THE RESTAURANT- ITS A POLICY and IT JUST NEEDS TO BE CONVEYED. Our travel time was delayed by 1.5 hours - as we were driving back - and we could have left much much earlier but for this trust in the restaurants sense of guest commitment.But for these two aspects - the food at the restaurant was good , value for money .

Some clear policies and their implementation - we booked fro city view. and we got a plastered glass window - no view , and when we asked the reception -they said they will switch to another room as ap. but did nt bother.

Food, ambience and room is really good. Stay was comfortable
