Super comfy bed, pool was awesome and staff lovely.

A little far from Ubud centre and the stairs in the room are a little precarious.

We feel grateful to have discovered this serene haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff thoughtfully refreshed our villa each time we stepped out, making our stay truly rejuvenating.

Beautiful villas in a super quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were all fantastic and the street the hotel is on is quiet enough to walk a pram down, but there are still a couple of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We travelled with our 7 month old and were often the only people swimming in the pool for most of the day. Restaurant was also good and the staff were lovely, even looking after our son whilst we ate! If you have a more mobile baby it might not be the ideal place as the doors open directly onto the pool, but as our baby isn’t crawling yet, it was perfect. So idyllic and I would recommend it highly to anyone!

It was nice to be in a more local neighbourhood and the feature pools are certainly very instagrammable. As with everywhere we went in Bali the staff were lovely and friendly, and the Balinese food at the restaurant was great (western dishes less so). Would suit a couple or individual traveller looking for a base to explore the Ubud area.

The room was far smaller than it looked online and it was so much more expensive than other places in the area. There was nowhere to sit and relax apart from the pool bed so we just ended up sleeping here but being out all day, which was very different to our other accommodation throughout several weeks in Bali. I would not recommend for families - we travelled with our two young children and opted for the "family room". However the pools including the 'river' in the middle have no fencing or coverage and the slats in the balcony on the second level were wide enough for my two year old to slip between so we had to keep it locked at all times. The internal staircase was also rickety and had similarly wide gaps so she fell through a few times (luckily from down low!) and the door to the pool didn't lock. Just gave us a lot of anxiety.

The place was really quiet and peaceful. The food was great and the personnel were very kind and helpful.

I didn't enjoy the downstairs bathroom since the stairs were very steep, and the pillows were quite stiff.

Bed mat and pillows were awesome!

Hot water of shower room was totally not enough
