I am writing to address some troubling difficulties I had encountered my stay at your esteemed hotel from January 26th to January 28th, 2024. On January 27th, when returning to the hotel with my friend after dinner, I observed a pool of water near my suitcase, where I had placed my computer with valuable information. I contacted the front desk, and fortunately, he quickly responded and cleared the water. However, he failed to clarify the source of the water, and I was concerned that it may affect other guests and cause undesirable consequences. Moreover, the balcony window was malfunctioning, requiring 3 to 5 minutes to open and close whenever we needed to use the swimming area and the staff said it has been like this for a long time. Furthermore, upon inspecting the bedding, I noted one apparent damage to the bedsheet that seemed uncomfortable. As a guest, I am deeply concerned about the potential implications of this water leakage problem, including damage to the property and potential health hazards. I kindly request your immediate attention to address and rectify this issue to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues could arise, and I appreciate your swift intervention in addressing these issues. Please schedule a maintenance crew to investigate and repair the source of the leakage, the windows, and replace the affected bedding to uphold the anticipated standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your establishment. Aside from the above issues, your hotel staff have been helpful and provided exceptional hospitality during our stay, which I appreciate. I would ask to get frequent updates on the status of the resolution efforts. I trust in your dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipate a swift resolution of these concerns.
