Beautiful location , pictures don't it justice. Private pools leading to the main pool was perfect to cool down.

Hot water ran out quite quickly

The location was good, peaceful and isolated as expected. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and always smiling.

No activity in the villa

floating breakfast arrangement was very nice by the hotel staff and the hospitality was very good from them, with neat and clean premises with very nice facilities

the rooms could had been with sound proof glasses to avoid hearing the vehicles sounds from outside during night hours

The property was absolutely beautiful! Equipped with everything you could need. Location is great as it’s out of busy central Ubud but a short taxi drive away! The food is absolutely amazing 10/10 and really well priced. Myself and my partner enjoyed the food so much we ate breakfast and dinner here most days! We had 2 ladies organised to come to the villa organised by the staff for massage which was great, pool side on our villa lounger. Amazing stay for the money and the staff are brilliant, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We loved everything about the property

This hotel had more negatives than positives. It photographs well in the advertisement but reality is far from. The blend of modern and traditional aesthetics was visually appealing and added a unique charm to the place. Additionally, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff's response times were commendable, showing their dedication to addressing guest needs promptly. Despite these positive aspects, the overall experience was overshadowed by the numerous issues encountered during my stay, particularly in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and communication.

During my stay at this hotel, I encountered both pros and cons. On the downside, the bathrooms emitted an unpleasant odor akin to a public restroom, and their cleanliness was questionable. If you dared to shower later in the day, you were almost guaranteed to become a mosquito's midnight snack. The walls in the rooms were in dire need of a fresh paint job, and the curtains were disappointingly filthy. The hotel's noisy location made it challenging to enjoy a peaceful stay, and bugs easily infiltrated the rooms due to doors that didn't seal shut properly. The pool, albeit visually appealing, was surprisingly narrow, and your neighboring guests were uncomfortably close. Exploring the vicinity revealed that there wasn't much to do or see, and while the food was passable, a miscommunication arose when I attempted to book a floating breakfast for one. The shower pressure was consistently low, and brown water emerged from both the sink and shower on the third day. Power outlets had minimal power, and having contact numbers for the front desk, room service, and cafe readily accessible in the room or menu book would have been convenient. To make matters worse, there was never any spare toilet paper, just a mere third of a roll, even for a reservation for three guests. Lastly, the hot water system broke during my stay, adding to the inconveniences.

Probably our nicest hotel during 3 week trip in Bali. The two level room was beautiful and the lazy river all around it too! Outside bathroom with a good pressure shower.

The location is not really accessible by foot to anywhere but few minutes on a scooter and you’re at the centre of Ubud or near a street with shops/restaurants.
