An exceptional stay right downtown Tacoma after a very special Celebration of Life honoring the life and legacy of blues artist Little Bill Engelhart at McMenamins Spanish Ballroom this past July . I particularly enjoyed Club M access and the lobby restaurant.

"I got double charged I only feel ripped off"

It was nice enough and in the area I needed to be but I was double charged now I only feel ripped off

I was double charged I paid in advance to get a cheaper price but was also charged again full price once I got there

Parking garage is tight, fine for smaller vehicles, registering and putting your parking on the room is charged after check out. Signage is not very clear nor was pricing really disclosed. Room was cleaned up but gum and wrappers from previous guest were still on and in the couch. Room had signs of wear but not too bad.
