Every person on the staff that I engaged with was fantastic, and there were many that I encountered. The bed was everything I wanted. The room was spacey and comfortable with floor to ceiling windows along with a lovely view. The outdoor pool/spa was a nice feature and rare in the PNW, both were a very comfortable temp. Clearly it’s a great place to stay for access to the convention center, but I feel it was great for many types of trabeksi

Itinerary mentioned flexible cancellations and something came up to where i could not make reservation and they refused to give a refund. Which I would have been fine with if they did not promote flexible cancellations
