The property was very nice. It was very clean.

We were put behind the elevators and you could hear them clicking all night as the elevators were going up and down. We were also supposed to have a ADA room with a walk in shower and we’re not given one. After checking out, the next day we were charged a second time for our room when we had already paid for it when booking the reservations. The hotel accused me of making 2 separate reservations and refused to give me a refund and the odd thing was, was that when we checked in, we were told that the room was paid in full and that unless we used room service that there wouldn’t be any other charges. After 2 weeks of trying to get our money back for the second charge, I had to go through my bank and dispute the charges to get a refund on the second charge. The hotel management was awful to deal with and didn’t seem to care that I was charged twice for my room. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!
