"Do not stay, online pictures are not what you get"

I showed up, got my room went in it was filthy, full of mold could not tell if it was urine or blood on the tile. Went to the desk the woman walked in my room I pointed the stuff out she put me in another room in the room was just as bad as the first I was there in less than 15 minutes and had to be on the job site, I went to a completely different hotel did not stay at that hotel. hotels.com called no one would answer looking for a full refund

"Bad night"

Too much going on they had prostitution all around too much noise and trash under the bed not cleaned good at all I will never go back

"Garbage thieving service "

It was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Hotels.com said they had a room available for us at the hotel and when we got there the hotel was overlooked so we not ly were not able to get a room we basically got robbed since I dont have time to deal with their BS customer service. I lost half an hour of my life trying to get a hold of a live agent.

I would give this place one star, mainly because the young lady at the desk was helpful and is obviously doing her best with the DISASTER this “Hotel” is. It’s more like a motel, no pool or spa like advertised. No in room coffee pot, telephone doesn’t work. There’s trash piled on the side of the building, make-up smeared on the mirror, clumps of hair in the shower and to top it off they couldn’t find our reservation made six months. Whom ever owns this place takes zero pride in it.

Awful!! When we first arrived they could not find our reservation. I showed them the receipt and they tried to say that I had not paid, because expedia does not pay them. I had to call Expedia and have them call. When we finally got in the room it was DISGUSTING!!! Our feet were sticking to the floor. The bed was literally peeling and clearly the sheets had not been changed! There was hair ALL OVER the bed (see pics)! The corner of the bed also looked like it had been chewed up by a dog, unfortunately that got cut off in the pic. The TV would not come on until we unplugged it and plugged it back in and then would not change channels, and there was 1 towel, no hand towel or washcloth. It was so gross I would not even sit down. I called Expedia and asked them to get us moved. We were able to move, but had to pay for a new hotel and then wait until the next day for expedia to to get ahold of the hotel manager to refund our money. Expedia was great and at least the hotel refunded our money...but the pics they have posted are very deceitful!!

This was a no tell motel. The light fixtures we're rusted, the a/c didn't work. The cable TV was fuzzy. The sheets were full of black marks the parking lot was full of empty liquor bottles and used plastic gloves. The sheets made me itch as soon as I sat on them. The toilet seat was dirty. I did not stay, since I felt unsafe.

"Excellent"

The hotel is good. I’m glad it was close to the airport and where I wanted to go. The one thing that they need to change is having an iron and ironing board in the room. There wasn’t any in mine.

"Exceptional"

Cute! Expect to take 20 minute Uber’s to the beach. It’s more like a motel but it’s what you get for the price. I’ll definitely stay there again.

In context what can you expect from a no tell motel. No air conditioning one night and hot water the next. They take a $20 cash deposit for the room key which they return upon check out the next morning. The $20 didnt transfer the 2nd night and they tried to keep it. No such luck in dealing with me!
