Hilton Garden Inn Phuket, Thailand

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Phuket. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and hotel had good amenities.

I was staying in November 2022, at one point half of the hotel staff were coughing and obviously sick, nevertheless everybody kept on coming to job, so at one point half of guests and staff were unwell.

Clean. Efficient. Close to (walking distance) restaurants, cafes, bistros, supermarkets, Laguna Town, Boat Avenue.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great! The staff was super helpful. However, the downsides: 1. Multiple power outages during the night and the emergency light goes on in the room which prevents us from being able to sleep. 2. No hot water, no warm water, took a cold shower every day during my stay 3. There was hair in my food one day and when I told the staff they just said "okay" and didn't even apologize or provide any compensation

special thanks to the guy managing the breakfast buffet I noticed he is putting his heart to mange this place. Great hotel in Phuket just few minutes from shopping, restaurant and beach Even it was rainy very hard when I arrived, I was greeted warmly and welcomed , then find out how incredible this place is. All staff were beyond great with service and attention, I had a pleasure to meet Ms. Marie Berthe GM of this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean and neat, beds and pillows awesome. the pool and bar on the roof are amazing. The breakfast selection is vast, Overall, a great stay. Thank you all!

very nice basic hotel , breakfast was great but worst club sandwich and hamburgers, I will not recommend to dine in this place much better options near this hotel, I was assuming they should have a good sandwiches since is American brand chain hotels

The hotel is new and extremely well designed on a small plot of land in Laguna. The location is not the best and there is no view of the sea.. you have the hills on one side, and the view of the Laguna development on the other, with its ponds, private houses and retail cluster. It would be best to request a room in the 6th or 7th floor. The location is more than made up for by the fresh, stylish, relaxed interiors (public spaces and rooms), excellent staff and a very well provisioned breakfast. I had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and although the menu is not huge, the food was great. Also the cluster of shops and restaurants just a five minute walk away, provide many local, and foreign dining alternatives, and there are also massage spas, nail bars, hair salons (I managed to get a haircut for 300 baht), pharmacies, and supermarkets. I loved my stay.

Great place to stay , the rooftop pool and bar was great as well as the breakfast! Would highly recommend.
