Hilton Garden Inn Phuket, Thailand

The front reception staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the female staff on the day I checked in. My apologies that I have forgotten their names. My premium room I was allocated was unfortunately on the lowest floor so I had no views whatsoever. On 2 of the nights, I felt that the air conditioning was turned off for a few hours in the middle of the night before coming back on as I woke up because of the heat. A value for money buffet breakfast is available and a Tuk tuk shuttle to the beach and main shopping area was a nice to have.

The property was clean, safe and quiet. The staff are so friendly. Services is so good.

I'd have to say, if rated as a resort, this Hilton qualifies as 5 Star. The service was beyond great. The staff was friendly, attentive to needs and requests, and our concierge even checked in with us each day of our stay via WhatsApp--even though it was their day off just to make sure things were going well. When we come back to Phuket, we'll definitely be staying here.

This was a great hotel, staff all amazing, especially Kiki at the front desk and Milan the assistant manager! Breakfast here just wonderful! They also have a free shuttle that will take you to the beach or shopping area and pick you up when you are ready! We really enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was pretty big.

Nice hotel management could be little more flexible, beaches are nice patong beach has street food miles of beaches , the Hilton garden has good breakfast, changes daily and free transportation to the beach, friendly staff and helpful, room cleaning was superb,overall experience you’ll have a great time.
