"Chętnie wrócę za rok lub z dziećmi."

Bardzo czysto, mieszkanie dobrze wygłuszone, duża przestrzeń, duży balkon. Zaraz przy promenadzie, blisko do morza i parku wodnego. Czyste klatki schodowe.

Szkoda że nie ma deski do prasowania bo żelazko było i przydałaby się. Jest też obowiązek segregacji, ale nie ma koszów na śmieci do segregacji.

"Lokalizacja – tak, reszta – nie."

Teras z widokiem to duży plus.

Apartament wymaga odświeżenia, meble zużyte, sprzątanie pozostawia wiele do życzenia. A już wisienką na torcie była suszarka do włosów, naprawdę jest dwudziesty pierwszy wiek i porządna suszarka to nie majątek, lepiej by nie było jej wcale zabralibyśmy swoją a tak trzeba było kupić na miejscu. Ta w apartamencie była brudna, lepka i śmierdziała. Podobnie papier toaletowy, dwie rolki na trzy osoby na trzy dni. Brawo. Pod łóżkiem kurz i śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach.

Die Lage war sehr schön Größe der Wohnung auch sehr gut 2 Badezimmer waren auch gut

Viele technische Mängel Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht ausreichend Schlechter TV Empfang Kaputte Badarmaturen Undichte Terrassenfenster Modernisierung wäre wünschenswert
