Amazing location in the heart of the city. Can walk to all of the famous sites. Tons of food nearby. Parking is an option to pay for. Underground lot. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful and decoration was amazing. Clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate the room upgrade and wish we had more time in Madrid!! Would stay here again

Perfect Location! Our stay in the hotel was fantastic, primarily due to the staff helpfulness and ability to create super welcoming atmosphere. Also I would highlight hotel's convenient location. We were in close proximity to everything. It made exploring the city and grabbing a bite to eat incredibly easy.
