Metro Court Apartments

I booked and paid for this accommodation well in advance for a family holiday. Upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation had effectively been cancelled, and despite numerous calls and messages, we received no timely response from the property. As a family of five, we were left stranded with nowhere to stay, causing significant stress and completely ruining our planned holiday. What was most disappointing was not only the situation itself, but the lack of communication and support when we urgently needed answers. I cannot comment on the reasons behind what happened, but I can comment on the experience we had: a confirmed and paid reservation that did not result in accommodation being available when required, combined with hours of unanswered communication. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.
