We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is very spacious, clean, and has a sleek, modern design. The place is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a large TV and two lovely balconies where you can relax. One of the biggest advantages is the large private parking, which made everything so much easier. The location is excellent—situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the new tourist area. The Marina and the Old Town are about a 30-minute walk away, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient via Booking messages. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Limassol!

One thing to note is that the building does not have an elevator. However, we were informed about this from the beginning, so it wasn't a surprise and didn't affect our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It's very close to the beach and many things, depending on what you need. The supermarket around the corner was not the best for us, but it has all the necessities you need. Apartment is really well equipped and has everything you need. Beds are super comfortable so we slept very well and parking lot dedicated for you directly in front of the apartment is very nice addition so you don't have to search for the parking.

Make sure to send a message in advance to the booking management when you are coming so you get on time the number of your apartment, dedicated parking lot and a code for the apartment. I missed the message from them so we had to call them, however they answer immediately and send you everything immediately.
