The only reason why I didn’t give a 5 stars is because when I checked in they asked if I want turn down service and I said yes but nobody came to tidy up the room. I only stayed 3 nights so I didn’t need any more towels than they already provided me and I was able to redo the bed quickly myself but if he asked and I said yes I would have appreciated it to be done. Other than that the staff was so professional and friend. The hotel was very clean, luxurious and fabulous. The room layout was interesting with the sink being in the middle but I’m alone so I don’t mind. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend. Also, the breakfast in the morning was delicious, especially the bacon and waffles (eaten separately haha).

Great location, lots of parking, kind and courteous staff

Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I had to call for clean towels. We were in town for my daughters wedding and we came back between festivities to a dirty room. It was a little upsetting!!
