"Beautiful property, comfy, clean rooms, but wish breakfast was included"

Beautiful property. Didn’t spend very much time there, but room was wonderful, bed comfy

I usually only stay at properties that include a free breakfast. The only reason I stayed at this property was because of a wedding and I had points to help me stay at this hotel, otherwise I would have stayed at a property that has a free breakfast.

"They Don’t Recognize Bonvoy Elites Here"

The rooms are fine. They did not acknowledge my Bonvoy elite status and when I asked about an upgrade, they told me they were completely full for the night. Later, I confirmed that they were nowhere near and that all of their suites were available for rent. I just don’t like being lied to the front desk.

Beautiful hotel. Exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable

The breakfast was horrible. Expecting a hot breakfast like the picture shows and we barely got muffins.
