staff was helpful

First night we stay, there was bed-bugs that bit both of us. We request for refund so we can go somewhere else. Owner refuse and only give us another room for one night which is twice the price. They did not lose a dime and we suffer pain and inconvinience. We would not recommend anyone use this hotel.
