Location is great and the room itself is what I expected

Even before getting the room you need to pay 25 dollars of tax for towels, toilets etc.. When I pay for a room i expect to have towels and be able to use the restroom !! Otherwise i would have bring my own !

We didn't know what to expect with the "bed in a box" concept but it was surprisingly good. We are retired and expected to be the oldest there, but there were a surprising number of folks our age, in addition to a lot of younger people. The sleeping space was small, of course, but the bed was very comfortable and there's plenty of locked storage for your bags. Bathrooms are private with individual shower and toilet and locking door, and there's a nice communal area and upstairs at the check in there's coffee and tea. But the best things? The price and the location. Jackson is a great town but very pricey, and this was a great deal for its downtown location.

There is no parking provided. You have to look for a street parking, a rather difficult task in the busy Jackson. The Cache house charges fee for hotel services, not clear why. The place feels stuffy.

Great location. Facility seems new and we'll maintained. In the lobby they had hot coffee in the mornings and warm cider in the afternoons and early evening. Guests also have access to the Jackson recreation center for free which is a short two minute walk from Cache House. The rec center had a ton of amenities including a well stocked gym.
