Location was good. Found window unlocked upon arrival; thin walls... could hear doors closing throughout the day/night and plumbing noises (?) I'm guessing

Over-priced. No sofa in the room. This room made me feel like I am in a motel 6. Coffee machine was broken. I had to fix it myself. The bed was not comfortable. A/C made clicking noise after it ran for awhile. I had a hard time using the keypad to enter the building.

Great location and easily walkable to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops.

I was shocked at how clean the room was. I often visit Denver for training, and generally, other cities in America do not maintain such cleanliness in hotels. This place was so clean that you could perform surgical operations here. The location is convenient, with restaurants nearby and supermarkets relatively close. There are many salons offering massages and IV therapy in case of mountain sickness. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Additionally, our room was very quiet, which was crucial for us due to jet lag. Since food in America is not tasty and restaurants rarely use quality products, we were delighted to find a refrigerator, stove, and all necessary cooking equipment in the room. There is also a washer and dryer, which is important for long stays. There is an option for cleaning services at an additional cost, which is very convenient, and they clean to the highest standards.

There was a large window in the room with curtains, including blackout curtains. However, right next to the bed, there were three small windows that interfered with our rest and recovery. We covered them with foil to get some proper sleep. If the owners could figure out a way to cover these windows completely, it would be fantastic. Also, I didn't realize in advance that there was no elevator in the building. My colleague and I arrived with very heavy suitcases. If I had known this, I would have been prepared to pay extra for the staff to meet us and help carry the luggage to the top floor. After an 18-hour flight, this was very challenging. There is no concierge in the building. If you could add such a service, for example, for $20 to have luggage brought to the room from the taxi, Or $10 per suitcase, it would be fantastic.

Good location, but not very well maintained a bit scruffy. Also, notified washer and dryer weren't working the day we were set to arrive. Seemed like they purposefully waited until it was too late to switch. Also, door-lock system was unnecessarily loud and annoying.

When I walked into the room for the first time, I immediately noticed a "sound machine" and earplugs on the nightstand. It didn't dawn on me that I would be using these a lot! I was awakened early every morning by the unit above me stomping around and dragging furniture across their floor. While the unit I booked was well-appointed, skimping on floor insulation is tragic!! I would not stay there if you value your sleep.

Unit was much smaller than pictures lead to believe. Our unit the AC wall unit was so loud even on quiet mode. The hosts had to have known because they provided ear plugs. Toilet stopped working first night and the fridge had an odor upon arrival. Hosts claimed they would cancel and provide refund so we booked another place based on refund amount. Only to find out two days later the refund was $180 less than stated. The only response I got after that was “sorry for the confusion, this is your refund amount”.
