Please inform Sonder Zuni in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no elevator or cable. The rooftop lounge is open from 9 am until 10 pm. Street parking is on a first come, first serve basis. This is a central location and prone to street noise. White noise machines and earplugs have been provided in every space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

Beside the fact that we waited a while since we didn’t receive the email with the check in instruction all went well. Just the TV wasn’t working and there aren’t supermarkets in the area. So if you need essentials you must go downtown to the Whole Foods there.

Overall decent experience here. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. It felt secure with the front door building code, as well as a separate room code. It could do with some repairs though. The toilet paper holder and an attachment to hold the shampoo in the shower both came off the walls the first day we got there. The toaster doesn't work very well either. I was also mislead about the rooftop patio, the pictures look very different online compared to the real thing. They also don't seem to make it known that there is no on-site parking until after you check in. We had to rely on neighborhood street parking and it was not always easy to find a spot close by. Would consider staying here again in the future, just hoping for improvements.
