Felt like a home

The location is excellent, within walking distance to downtown via a scenic riverside path—perfect for a relaxing stroll. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, with clear instructions for all the property’s features. When assistance was needed, it was provided promptly. Although the suite’s entrance code initially didn’t work, the issue was quickly resolved via chat. The neighborhood is quiet and undergoing updates with modern townhouse developments featuring clean, contemporary architecture. The suite is fully equipped like an apartment and offers convenient access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city skyline.

Clean and modern facilities. Easy check in with the app. Location is great.

Lack of necessary furniture like a sitting futon or a small coach. TV location was odd. The bed wasn't comfortable

Location was great. Walk to restaurants. Can walk from the airport train, about a mile somewhat uphill.

Entry pad was a touch difficult but not really inconvenient.

We liked all the parts inside of the apartment, the easy check in and the location.

We didn’t like that the doors slam very loud when other people enter. It made us feel like our door was being opened.

Good location. East walking distance to most places.

Painful check in process. I was waiting in the sun for half an hour on phone with customer service. Housekeeping could be better. No elevator so I had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. The lockers to leave your luggage are so tiny. Only one medium suitcase fits so I had to leave my other stuff out in the open. After such a painful check in process, I hadn’t even settled down for a few hours when they started sending emails about check out.

Great views of the city. Very comfortable room. Easy access for Uber drop off and pick up. Close enough to easily get to downtown Denver and a lot of sights and activities with easy access to I25. Safe and secure building. Highlands neighborhood is really nice.

No elevator. Need more luggage lockers. Only 4 and they can each only hold 1 suitcase.
