OYO Hotel Bossier City LA - Red River

No ice machines & housekeeping did not have very good hospitality. They didn't even announce themselves when checking the room for service. As well as given the wrong wifi password. For the price range. I suppose it fitted it's worth

The location was pretty sweet, smack dab on the riverbank in-between Shreveport & bossier city & convention of jus jumping on the interstate & crossing the river to be down town where I'm there is plenty to do & see

The location in-relation to the event I worked that weekend.

The disconnected smoke alarm, stench of cigarettes, filthy microwave (the inside looks like it's never been cleaned), no blanket, broken dresser, barely working tv, & cochroaches.

I was int room till I went and at lunch when I came back my room was clean and things were missing like the roach spray I bought I stayed in the room till 7 went to the casino and when I came back my room was sold. The guest wanted a different room so they moved him but I couldn't get in my room went to the office and had to wait an hour to get back in my room

i didnt like a single thing. it was dirty and unclean. stickers all over the floor. dirt and trash on the floor. cracked bathtub. it was literally the worst place i have ever been.

When my husband & I returned to the property to speak to management. They gave us a refund on our room with no questions asked. Simply printed out a refund receipt, he signed it & we went on our way.

The employee who checked us in, locked all lobby doors & had us waiting outside for 20 minutes. When we got the keys to our room, walking around the hotel. The pool was green, trash everywhere. Opened our room door and it smelled like a stale wet dog. Walked in the bathroom which was not clean & then lifted the sheets on the bed to find bugs.
