The hotel had no availability and I could not stay there and did not receive a refund and that's too much money to waste.

No rooms were available. I was NOT refunded my money by booking.com nor the hotel

"Never in my life had experience this, it was very inconvenient and we had the worse experience ever."

The young lady at the front office was nice.

The room was very destroyed, there were holes all over the the walls. Food crumbs under the blankets and worst of all there were roaches crawling everywhere.
