OYO Hotel Bossier City LA - Red River

I booked a double bed and I got a king size bed for 3 people, myself and 2 kids. No bedspread just a top sheet, smelled, insects, etc. Just not a safe environment!

The clerk was very rude and would not check us in. We came from two hours away. There was no clerk at the front desk we had to call a phone number. We were told to pay at the property but upon arrival the clerk told us we had to pay online and would not let us check in to our reservation and she hung up the phone in my husbands face. We will never try to stay here again. We were only here for one night on the way to our actual destination. We had to book a room somewhere else that accommodated us just fine. Very bad customer service skills

I didn't like anything except location.... police there e ery single day and night... drug addicts and bums always hanging outside begging for money ,sex and drugs.

I did not like that the police was beating on my fucking door ...and also thar the office staff are working for the people........stay away from oyo...danger zone.. u
