OYO Hotel Bossier City LA - Red River

Room was destroyed holes in the bathroom door, no trash can. Had bugs, only one outlet worked, and the shelf was ripped out of the wall.

Pool was green the office was full of the lady work in the office kids could not here nothing I didn't not stay told her I wanted my money back still nothing I'm gonna call the health dept and the better business my number is 3187530144

Everything about the room. Upon arrival no one was in the office for at least 15mins I had to wait for him to pull up. This property online looks great that’s the reason I booked it but I pulled up and immediately I knew it was a scam. Then I gave it the benefit of doubt and checked in and it was horrible and scary for a single woman. Need updated furniture every was not cleaned but the sheets. Curtains hanging up was disgusting the refrigerator was dirty and had bugs in it. The Wi-Fi didn’t even work the tv didn’t work I asked two times for someone to come fix it and he lied saying he was coming each time. It was a horrible experience for me traveling by myself
