OYO Hotel Bossier City LA - Red River

Everything. The whole place is trash. Trash and roaches everywhere. I've already explained all this before so I don't know why I keep being asked like I'm going to change my mind. That hotel needs to be condemned and they should refund my money because I couldn't even stay one night there. I will never use booking.com again either because of the lack of customer support. Refund what I paid and I may think about it.

The location was great, five minutes to the casino

Had to wait 36 minutes to check in,no one was in the office. A lady and little came we registered. One one pillow (no pillow cases. No blanket, no cups,no ice. To use the microwave you unplug the refrigerator and it needed cleaning. Roaches very poorly maintained rooms.

None of the rooms have blankets, poor housekeeping, drug baggies in the drawers, no towels, cable tv barley worked, again no blankets or linens.

It was nasty and the customer service is just bad

Room had no lights in bedroom, booked king and got a double, no remote and had to manually change channels, door lock falling out of the door, mattress hard as a rock

It was a good price.

The room had no shower curtain,bathroom door was broken, refrigerator door broken, water in the tub wouldn't turn off all the way, only a top and bottom sheet no blanket, no one was at the front desk when we went back down to check out, I put the key through the desk window. We been staying at this hotel for years and we never seen it this BAD. Please get it back together.

Everything, First room they put us in look like somebody was still staying in it. Had to go back to office to request a different room. Second room was just as awful! Rooms are not clean and smelt so bad. Only blanket on the bed was a sheet, water all over the floor. Tried to get a refund and wasn't able to. Ended up booking at a different place. Was a waste of money for us.
