José-Antonio est un super host et le personnel est très amical ! Je reviens.

Apartamento central, muito seguro, sempre limpo e confortável. O anfitrião é uma pessoa maravilhosa! Sempre muito gentil, alegre e atencioso. Amamos tudo e quando eu retornar a Lisboa com certeza ficarei lá novamente.

An excellent choice in every respect. My twin-bedded room with en suite bathroom had everything I needed for a short stay, and having access to the well-equipped kitchen was an added bonus. Wi-fi connectivity was excellent, and there was always plenty of hot water. My bed was very comfortable. The room was also very clean and quiet, with plenty of hanging and storage space. José, the manager, was most courteous and welcoming. The residence is located roughly half way between the airport and the city centre, close to a metro station and numerous 'bus stops. It is a safe and non-touristy part of the city. There are also many good cafés and restaurants nearby. Great value for money in a city where hotel accommodation is much more expensive than it used to be. I can recommend Residence Metro-Alameda warmly, and hope to be able to stay there again on my next visit to lovely Lisbon.

Accueil chaleureux de José, très sympathique et de bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Chambre correcte. Bon emplacement avec le métro et les bus au bout de la rue.

Good location close to the metro station. The bed is big with a big mirror. The kitchen is nice.

The staff can't speak clear English and was not available during the normal check-in time, even though he is kind. The room is old without any useful equipment, you can't even charge your phone close to the bed.
