-The room was convenient and included a fridge (I booked an ensuite room) -Tea and coffee were available in the shared kitchen. - I asked for a heater, which was provided and helped me to keep the room warm. -The female staff member was professional and easy to communicate with.

- There were some disturbing noises around the room. A shared bathroom was located directly in front of my door, and I was woken up multiple times when other guests used it. -The warm water in the bathroom was inconsistent and not always available throughout my week-long stay. I reported the issue, and it was resolved for a few days, but the water in the washbasin remained mainly cold again. - I expected to have a Do Not Disturb sign to indicate whether I wanted my room to be cleaned each day. Many people do not feel comfortable when someone enters their space without permission for cleaning. It is essential for this property to provide such a sign to future guests.

Fomos muito gentilmente recebidas pelo proprietário, que está sempre presente e muito simpático. Localização excelente. Próximo ao metrô da Alameda e de paradas de ônibus. Tem supermercados, cafés e restaurantes próximos. Rua muito agradável. Prédio seguro. Quarto bem ventilado, com armário, ventilador e limpeza diaria. Com banheiro privativo. Tem uma cozinha muito limpa e organizada compartilhada, com geladeira e armários com espaços definidos para cada quarto, cafeteira, microondas, tábua de passar. Me hospedaria novamente.

Nada digno de nota

Jose is very helpful and the room was great. The location was fantastic as well, as it is located right around the corner from 2 metro lines and a number of bus routes.
