Was able to secure a room

I paid booking and then they made us pay again. I am contesting the money that Booking took. They never transferred the money to the hotel. It is being contested. But checking in was hard too. They could not even find my booking.

Expedias rating missed the mark by miles Night clerk, who as hard to regonize in a ripped jacket and no decernibl ID with the hotel had to cut his smoke break short to check me into a room. I was handed a key card while he clerk mumbled something about being locked out of the computer. Hallways had graffitti and/or maintenance notes in red marker scrawled on the wall paper next to nearly every door. The room itself was acceptable. Breakfast buffet had a non-working juice machine and no no regular creamer for coffee. I saw no during breakfast or on my way out of the hotel - not at the buffet and not at the desk. I don't think I've seen a hotel so poorly run and maintained ever.

The facility, the room and amenities were all beautiful and really nice. Things like the body wash was empty In the shower, there were no washcloths with the bath towels, the toaster didn't work, the breakfast items wasn't stocked and there wasn't any staff in the dining area to help and there wasn't anyone at the front desk or a bell to call for assistance to check out. It's a nice enough place, I would return, just be prepared double check everything before you settle in and give yourself extra time to locate staff to help

The appearance and cleanliness and even the fresh smell. The suit was nice but small. I wish there was a way to divide the room.

Our room did not have hot water. We reported an still didnt have hot water until we checked out. Next the mattress to the let out bed was extremely worn with no comfort. Hotel front desk worker said she would bring blankets to help make bed more comfortable but she never showed.

It was okay. Rooms were decent

The doors on our room didn't lock correctly. AC and heater didn't work to good. Soaps in shower were not filled. (Had to get out and buy some) usually all Fairfeilds I have been to have those. Soap scum on walls. I chose this Fairfeild thinking it'd be similar to all the others I've stayed in. Was told the pool is open from 10am to 10pm. (Another reason I chose the Fairfield for kids to swim) went down around 7pm n was locked out of the pool. Asked if we could get in, n was told it's closed, no reason as to why. Disappointing. Breakfast was a joke. Eggs were gray. No milk for the cereal. No toast but they had jellies. They had bagels but no PB or cream cheese for those, coffees were empty. The worst Fairfeild I've been to in all honesty.

Why are we still using Styrofoam in the dining area :(
