"Best Fairfield-Friendly, Clean and Comfortable!"

Don’t think twice about booking this Fairfield Inn. It’s the cleanest Fairfield Inn I’ve been to so kudos to the housekeeping team. The staff is incredible friendly. Special shout out to Lindsay at the front desk. Had a chance to talk with manager, Johnny. This will now be the go-to hotel for our extended family when we are visiting our nearby relatives. Thanks for a great stay-if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

"Overall stay was good"

I had the room booked at Fairfield Inn in Shawnee KS. Upon arrival, was given room key, didn't work, then was gold they are booked up that I need to go next door to Comfort Suites. I did, room wasn't nearly as nice, just not as clean, but acceptable. Then couldn't use the treadmill, so asked if I could use it at Fairfield, front desk said yes, but of course my key didn't work, so they had to let me in. Then upon check out at the front desk at Comfort Suites to try and get my receipt it took about 15 minutes because I didn't show there so I had to go back over to Fairfield Inn to get my receipt. Not a big hassle, but frustrating after a long day of travel.

"Used to be great, now it’s.. not. "

We’ve stayed at this hotel before for baseball tournaments and had great experiences, but this property seems to be slipping in hospitality and maintenance. We booked a room with a king and pullout bed. The pullout bed had no bedding on it. I went down to the front desk for bedding and was given a fuzzy blanket, a pillow and a pillow case. No mattress pad. No sheets. I ended up going into the housekeeping closet and just getting them myself. The next morning our shower would not get hot. Cold showers for my whole family. I did talk to the front desk attendant just before checkout and he was extremely apologetic. He offered complimentary snacks for our trouble which was appreciated. Given the cost and the trouble I would say skip staying here - but I did appreciate the front desk worker and his kindness!
