The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for our short stay. The only downfall was the pool was closed for maintenence.

The bathroom floor was dirty. Also, I asked for 2 queen beds due to the quality of the sofa sleepers' mattress and the employee who checked me in still "upgraded" me to a room I did not want

We are staying while at a family reunion here in KC. What a delight of an experience! Josh, the general manager checked us in and could not have been more welcoming. He made us welcome and helped us get situated. When I mentioned, and just literally mentioned in the course of a conversation with my sister that I was a titanium member who forgot to tie my number to my reservation when I reserved with Chase Travel, he called my room that I had with my husband as we walked in and offered us an upgrade to a lovely suite that had just had a cancellation. It’s a beautiful room, spotless, as were the public areas and really a nice memorable experience. I’m telling my entire family that whenever they have guests in town they should always refer them to this hotel. It’s perfect! Thank you Josh and thank you to your staff who were so hospitable as well.

The clean room, the employees and the location were perfect! The experience was what we were expected and would absolutely stay here again. Also, the rooms appear to be newly upgraded! Oh and the breakfast and all day coffee is always a perk. 5stars!

The TV did not work and they never sent anyone to lokk at it. Also, all light on wall with beds did not work. The AC was great, but thats about it.

"Good Stop on Road Trip"

We had a fine experience a this hotel. We were just driving through and stayed the night. Everything was fine. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the mattresses, as I think they need replacing, and also it would have been nice to have had 4 pillows on each bed (there were 3). We didn't experience any of the problems others have complained about and felt like we got a good deal on this hotel room (15,000 points for the night).
