"Ok if you don't mind things not working."

The hotel was nice, front desk staff was great. Room had mulitple issues with broken bathroom door, broken blinds, shower/tub that would not drain. I notified the front desk but received not response from managers or maintenance.

"My Hyatt stay"

I like the staff, one young lady was very helpful. I love the complimentary breakfast.

Paying for parking. My bathroom smelled horrible only to find out the shower curtain was full of stale pee. I had to remove it myself was told someone would deep clean my bathroom ...Noone ever did. The worst experience ever.
