The property is in a good location close to the FSU campus and it appears to be a fairly newly constructed hotel. So the first impression is a good one. The beds seem confortable enough.

The construction of this hotel is terrible. It’s a brand new hotel but you can hear every sound from the rooms next to you and the street. The ice bucket had mold and dirt in it. The shower doors were broken & or on backwards from what I could tell. Breakfast opinions were limited. When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk. Waited for 5 minutes then just left.

Located near the Railroad / Arts district. Walkable to local shops, restaurants, etc. Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen and living space were good. Pet friendly (with fee). Flexible late check out.

Parking. Paid lot on property, or street parking. I wouldn't recommend parking on the street in this area.

"Easy Family Stay"

Spent 1 night in the area during spring break for college tours. Have to 2 teen boys. Hotel was clean. Breakfast options were plentiful if looking just for a quick breakfast. I'm a Peloton fan and love that Hyatt properties of all tiers have at least 1 bike. Area is safe. Very close to FAMU.

"Don't waste your money. It's more a frat house than a hotel"

The rooms was ok and fairly clean except the pull out. Breakfast was very little offer but most was offered was stale, old, mushy and most was sour. Parking was horrible even paying for a non existent and was a fight to find parking and more when your vehicle gets damaged, the hotel is not responsible. For a place that had high rating... I would have preferred to keep driving another 4 hours instead of paying such a high price
