"Tallahassee ist eine Reise wert und das Hyatt House auch."

Tolle Lage in einer sehr schönen Stadt. Jogging im nahegelegenen Park hat Spass gemacht.

Die Frühstückszeiten sind zu kurz für Urlauber, dieses wird bloss bis 9:00 angeboten und dann auch mit Vehemenz abgeräumt.

"complaints about customer service of Hyatt"

I have no complaints about Hyatt House Tallahassee Capitol - University. They provided good service as expected, as indicated in my ratings. My main complaints go to the customer service of Hyatt. I had an earlier stay, and wanted to request missing stay credit. I have tried all kinds of efforts: logging into my account and making the request, calling the customer service at least 3 times (talking to different agents), and sendng email to the local hotel as suggested by one of the agents, without success. The whole process is very frustrating. Personally, I would avoid Hyatt in the future if not booked by the other party. I hope this message could be seen by the management team so they realize the problem.

The location is perfect, the door to the bathroom is a “real door” and it was very clean! The staff was wonderful and friendly!

I wish they had a pot of coffee in the reception after the breakfast and in the afternoon.

Rooms weren't very clean. Carpet and tile in kitchen was dirty. Chemical film left behind in kitchen floors. Dirty shower and sink rim 🤮 Missing lobby employee at check in. No water in the morning and not notice given before check in.

"The location and room were very good but the breakfast was not up to Hyatt standards."

The location was near FSU where our granddaughter is a freshman. The room was very nice and comfortable.

The receptionist who checked us in was on “auto mode”! She did a poor job. The breakfast was not up to Hyatt standards. The food was OK but ran out of plates and had limited silverware. I had to ask for a plate, silverware AND decaf coffee. Poorly managed! Even the toaster didn’t work correctly!!
